All items in our shop are digital items. You will receive the high resolution digital files of your item, so no printed items will be shipped!

CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE?
Due to the nature of digital products we cannot accept returns once downloaded.
HOW TO ACCESS MY DESIGN?
Upon ordering a digital download, you will be redirected to the download page. Also you will receive an email that contains a link to download the zipped file.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS I PURCHASED?
If you did not receive your items you have purchased, no worries! You can always CONTACT US and we can send you a new access link within 24 hours!
